QXL was founded by professionals with one mission, “to provide the most successful comprehensive professional security programs for our clients”. To achieve this, it starts with our officers. Our officers receive the proper training, are placed at a client where they will succeed and are motivated by QXL benefits and career opportunities and represent QXL professionalism. Michael Quattrocchi, CPP

Chief Executive Officer, Managing Partner

Michael is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of QXL Security.

He has been a security professional with over 25 years of experience providing strategic guidance and focus to achieve consistent results. He began his career in 1995 at D.B. Kelly Security while majoring in criminal justice at Bloomfield College. Through his distinguished career, Michael has worked in multiple environments and facilities throughout the country. This extensive experience is a great asset to our team and to our clients who have grown to trust him.

Michael’s experience also includes training in the following courses: OSHA Compliance, Emergency Responder Training, Conflict Management/Crisis Intervention, Undercover Operations, Arrest and Control Tactics and Terrorism Prevention.

Michael is currently certified by the Arizona Department of Public Safety as an Instructor of security officers. In addition, he is the current Chairman of Arizona Private Security Professionals Association (APSPA), Board of Directors for ASIS Phoenix and the Audit Committee Chair, and a member of InfraGard

Lisa Miller

President, Managing Partner

Lisa Miller is one of the rising stars in the security industry. With more than a decade of experience in business development, Lisa was a major contributor to the successful growth of her former employer, having previously worked successfully with Michael Quattrocchi. Together, Lisa and Michael make a formidable security management team.

Lisa has experience working with large corporations, small businesses and others in assessing their unique needs and providing meaningful solutions. Lisa is the former Chairperson of the Executive Board of the Phoenix Chapter of ASIS International and is the current Chair of the Arizona Private Security Professionals Association (APSPA) Marketing Committee. She is the former Co-Chair of Women in Security Council, Global Liaison for ASIS International. and the former Chair of Women in Security ASIS Phoenix.

In keeping with QXL’s commitment to the communities it serves, Lisa is active in the Phoenix 100 Club for families of fallen law enforcement officers; the Sojourner Center for victims of domestic violence, Sunshine Acres Children’s Home for homeless children, Habitat for Humanity, and the Arizona Fallen Officers Memorial Fund which supports the families of fallen security officers.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business degree from the prestigious W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Nancy Lee

Director of Administration

Nancy Lee has a true passion for QXL’s mission and vision.

As the Director of Administration, Nancy performs a variety of administrative, logistical, hiring, and management duties. From answering the phone, greeting visitors with a smile, taking inventory, ordering supplies and uniforms, scheduling, supporting our Officers in the field, and many other activities. Nancy is the glue that holds the office together.

Nancy works closely with the CEO and the President at creating tailored solutions for QXL emloyees and clients, in addition, she is committed to maintaining a positive office culture and employee experience.

Highlight of Qualifications: 25+ years in administration and management • 15+ years in talent acquisition, placement and management.

John Iannarelli, FBI Special Agent (Ret.)

QXL Advisory Board

John Iannarelli retired from the FBI after more than 20 years of service, during which he was a member of the FBI SWAT Team and participated in the investigations of the Oklahoma City Bombing, the 9/11 attack, the shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, and the Sony hack. Among his many FBI assignments, John served in Washington, D.C. as the FBI National Spokesperson and on the Executive Staff of the FBI’s Cyber Division. He was a Squad Supervisor before becoming the Assistant Special Agent in Charge, the number two position overseeing all Criminal, Cyber and Counterintelligence investigations.

During his career John was presented with the FBI Director’s Distinguished Service Award. A former San Diego Police Officer and attorney with international studies at Oxford, England, John is admitted to the practice of law in California, the District of Columbia and Maryland. In addition, he is the recipient of an Honorary Doctor of Computer Science in recognition of his contributions to the field of cyber investigations. John is the author of five books, including Why Teens Fail and What to Fix, a parents’ guide to protecting their children on the Internet and other dangers, and How to Spot A Terrorist Before It’s Too Late.

His just released 5th book, Disorderly Conduct, examines the lighter side of law enforcement and the humorous moments during John’s FBI career. John is a frequent on-air contributor for the national news media and has been profiled in Forbes. He provided live on-scene coverage from Las Vegas of the Mandalay Bay mass shooting attack as it occurred. An engaging and entertaining keynote speaker, John is a National Speakers Association Certified Speaking Professional ® known for sharing his intriguing insights combined with his superb sense of humor. He has presented to Fortune 500 companies, domestic and international audiences, the United Nations, and the Vatican, where he has personally met on several occasions with Pope Francis.

Dr. Jeff Hynes, Phoenix Police Department Commander (Ret.)

QXL Advisory Board

Dr. Jeffeory G. Hynes is a full-time residential professor for the administration of Public Safety Department at Glendale Community college. Prior to his academic career he served over thirty-one years with the Phoenix Police Department in Phoenix, Arizona and held the rank of Commander. He has worked in all aspects of the law enforcement profession including: Patrol Function, Investigations, Training, Community Relations, Planning and currently Professional Standards. He is a nationally recognized expert in the topic area s of Defensive Tactics, Community Policing and Leadership Training.

Dr. Hynes received his Associate of Arts Degree from Phoenix College, his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Police Administration and his Master of Science Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and finished his Doctoral Degree in Education Leadership from N.A.U. also in December 2007. Dr. Hymns also holds a Certified Public Manager (CPM) degree from Arizona State University in 2008.

Greg Adams

Mesa Fire and Life Safety Captain

Greg is a full time Captain for the Mesa with over 25 years of experience fire safety rescue. As Fire Captain for the city of Mesa, Greg protects life and property by supervising the activities of personnel on a shift, performs duties surrounding firefighting, emergency care, hazardous materials, and fire prevention. He is responsible for supervision of all subordinate personnel during a tour of duty. He performs basic life support and medical activities. He determines and supervises methods of fire suppression including laying of lines, direction and pressure of water streams, placement of apparatus, ladders, ventilation of buildings, rescuing of persons, and salvage activities. He has vast experience instructing personnel in duties, use of tools, raising of ladders, and rescue work. Greg coordinates activities with other supervisors and other City fire departments.

Greg brings many technical skills to QXL Security including Incident Command, EMS, Special Operations, Technical Rescue, Fire Suppression, HazMat, Health & Safety, Strategic Planning, Fire Training Academy, Marine Operations, Fire & Explosives Investigations, Bomb Squad and Officer Training. Greg provides Fire Life Safety seminars and training to multiple QXL Security clients such as hi-rise office building, corporate headquarters, hospitals, distribution centers to name a few. Greg is a true asset to QXL Security’s fire life safety program.
