Dropped myford transit off with transmission trouble. This transmission shop istop notch! Iwanna thank the owner for helping meduring this time, hejust don’t know what I’ve experienced lately.. Checking myvan & letting meknow the issue withit, just showing mekindness when Ifelt like everything was going wrong meant more than hewill ever know. Iwould definitely recommend anyone here, most shops charge you topullin, hedidn’t & hejust don’t know how much hehelped even tho hewas behind & couldn’t work onit, helet meknow the problem withit. I took mycar toMr. Transmission.about seven monthsago.I don't know who Ispeak with but bythe way hewas dressed, Iassumed that hewas amechanic. Itold the man what the car was doing and how itwas sounding. Ifelt the problem was inthe transmission. Iwas told that Ineeded totake mycar somewhere else because they only worked ontransmission. Iasked him would heput the car ona reader tofind out what the problemwas, Iwas told ” lady, you need totake your car somewhere else”. Initially Ihad heard good things about MrTransmission.

They have mycar for about three monthsnow, after they supposedly rebuild mytransition iwent inbecause the transmission was still banging into gear. They changed myengine mounts without mypermission and that didn't stop mytransmission. Inever felt sohelpless inmy life. Its 3am and Ican't sleep. Igot everything onvideo. Because Iknow noone would believe meif Itold them mystory. Not sure what todo Ifeel abused and helpless.

FIRST AND FOREMOSTMR.MARK ISAN AWESOME GUY WITH THE SPIRIT OFA GodLOL! IMET HIM PERSONALLY AND HEHAD GREAT PERSONALITY! BUT BESIDES THAT IPAID AGREAT PRICE FOR AINTERNAL TRANSMISSION ISSUE AND ILL TELL YOU WHAT ISAVED ANEXTRA 1500$. NOT ONLY THAT WHEN IPAID TOGET MYCAR OUT HEDIDNT HAVE CHANGE SOHE GAVE MEA 20$ BACK! I would highly recommend Mr
Transmission.My car had broken down onthe interstate brought itto dealership Ihad awarranty.They told menumerous things were wrong with itthen came toconclusion itwas mytransmission yaok and was not covered
and would cost 7800
What!!!So got asecond opinion saw great reviews for here talked tomgr Mark hewas really nice.He had great news not even mytransmission but broken axle got mycar back in3days and very reasonable price. Definitely will beusing them again.… – show00

I called and advised the manager ofmy issue. First let mestate hewas extremely nice. Hetold meto bring myvehicle the next day and hecould take alook atit. The next morning iwas there at8am. Tomy suprise headvised iwould have toleave the vehicle withhim. This isonly reason ididn't give 5stars because iwasn't prepared toleave myvehicle and ididnt know this prior. However, ileft myvehicle helocated the problem and advised mewhat todo tohave itfixed. Hedidn't charge me todiagnose myvehicle and for that iwas appreciative. Hewas very helpful and indeed anice gentleman. Iwould recommend this business toanyone who islooking for reasonable prices and quality service.… – show

I've been taking all ofmy vehicles toMr. Transmission for the past six years. Being afemale that knows nothing about cars ofcourse Iwas looking for someone Icould trust. Iknew just from talking tothe owner Mark Bingham over the phone that hemade mefeel comfortable and was even going tocheck out mycar for free! Icould even stand outside the bay and watch them work onmycar. Anything they replaced they had itin abox toshowme. Heis trust worthy and reasonably priced. You never get astrange voice onthe phone because healways answers. All myfamily and friends goto him when they have aproblem with their vehicles. Igive him 5stars because that's ashigh asthey will let mego.… – show

Went tohave aBRAND NEW transmission put inand paid $4,000+ tohave itdone. 2weeks later the car stopped and wouldn’t goforward orbackwards. They had toput ahose back onthat came lose. Here itis 2months later and Ihave atransmission leak, coolant leak and power steering leak! Called and “MARK” must runs and answer every call that’s made there and when Itell you he’s the most DISRESPECTFUL person I’ve ever dealt with. Got there and talk tothe “OWNER” and hestates that heapologizebut “MARK” had death the day prior. Iunderstand that things happen but you don’t mix your personal problems/feelings inwith work! It’s not excuse tobe UNPROFESSIONAL especially when someone istrusting you with their vehicle! IfI could give -10stars Iwould. Iwouldn’t let them blow dust off ofa car ofmine anymore!!!… – show

Had awonderful experience. They helped meso much with mywarranty company and got methe help Ineeded toget itfixed. And had itdone ina timely and very professional fashion. Would recommend these guys for everything. They done akiller job and had even better personality when you talked tothem 10out of10would recommend

would say thatMr. transmission isthe perfect balance ofthe bake shop and Little shop inthe fact that it’s anindividual Lyons franchise sothey have some freedom and flexibility with their staffing and with warranties and Iwould say that they have awider range ofsupport because they are part ofa franchise I’ll choseMr. transmission because Iam going tobe traveling across the country Ineeded tomake sure that the warrant the repairs that Ihad would have awarranty that would last anywhere…… – show

Awesome service and reasonable prices! Transmission went kaput onmy ‘79Malibu, she’s mybaby and these guys did awonderfuljob! Runs beautifully again and Icouldn’t have asked for better customer service. I’ve had other shops take months for simpler repairs because they had ahard time finding parts but this place had her inand out injust afew days. Very appreciative; will definitely beback!

I took my2001Lexus es300 for transmission repair and they ripped meoff because itwas a“Lexus”. They charged me$3300ndid not even replace mytransmission, they just changed some ofthe moving parts inside the transmission. They gave mea warranty for 12k miles, but the car transmission broke down again soon after driving the car12k. Don’t trust this place. Idon’t think they charge properly, they take advantage ofpeople. Ifyou have aold car nneeds transmission repairs don’t fix ithere, the amount ofmoney they charge, Icould ofbought another 2001es300.… – show
