@OptimumHelp It asks for my login then takes me to the dashboard. The mail icon goes away once logged in on the internet tab

@OptimumHelp It ask for his password. I went through the link and tried optimum imap & pop settings. Also the suddenlink imap/pop settings. Still can't login as it fails the test

@optimum Tried to sign up as a new customer and have had the worst experience of my life with this company. Not one employee has been kind or helpful and I’ve spoken to 6 people from all different departments simply trying to get my online offer price honored @njdotcom

@OptimumHelp @MariahCatalan Worst possible service ive ever experienced from you guys. We share an account and SINCE WE STARTED almost a YEAR AGO its never been good. We have to use up our cellular data because the wifi is so bad & everytime we call its an ongoing thing.Personally i wouldve BEEN- (1/2)
