Palworld continues to be an insane success, as Pocketpair just revealed it has now seen over 25 million players for their Early Access game. 15 million of those copies were on Steam, with another 10 million on Xbox.
As we saw from the recent Steam 2023 Overview, a lot of games are managing to find success. It has slipped down the Steam charts a bit now though thanks to the recent releases of Helldivers 2, Last Epoch, Pacific Drive and others. And it was only natural it would calm down after the initial rush and hype period but no doubt it will rank back up again on the first major content update.
It's funny really when you see Ubisoft makes claims about theirSkull and Bones being a "quadruple-A game", when for the price of that one game you could almost afford bothPalworld and Helldivers 2, which have seen glowing reviews and huge player numbers.
Have you been playing Palworld? What are your thoughts on it now after many hours?
Also, in case you missed it, some anti-cheat for Palworld is on the way.
Palworld is currently rated Steam Deck Playable and works great on Desktop Linux thanks toProton. You can find itinEarly Access on Steam.

Don't know how the price varies in different regions, but that should easily translate into $300 million revenue, maybe even over 400. More than the EGS made in one year with all games combined, lol.

Don't worry, Timmy is probably deep in talks to buy the game and move it over.

I think if does, it's on gamepass so I doubt 10mil players would then still buy it separately. Do wonder how gamepass works, they gotten a fixed amount for it and that's it or they get a fixed amount per player who installed it?

It's worth noting that the combined 25 million figure outdid the most recent Pokemon release (Scarlet & Violet) by clocking up in about a month, what that game-pair took a year to do.
That's the power of selling a game that people want to play, on the platforms that they want to play it on, I guess. Hopefully that'll get Nintendo's shareholders asking some questions.

Funny fact here: This game was massively sold in Brazil because of the meme.
Pal is pt_BR slang for "D--k"(actually Pau, but the pronunciation is quite similar).
Based on that, you can imagine that streamers are delighted to make live content and read stuff like:
- Pal fluid, Pal boxes, riding a Pal
- You smell like Pal
- You've cuddled your Pal
- There are small and big Pals around
You've got the point here... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
It all started as a meme and people are still enjoying it there.
