Why I shop at Home Depot...
Home Depot is a big deal in upstate NY for home owners, construction workers and individuals wanting to spruce up their patios. Infact, it's as common as visiting the mall. The floor managers are extremely professional and accommodating. I love going there for our business and home needs.

Ray in vanities section was amazing
I went to ask for help with buying a vanity and Ray was amazing . He helped me by looking to see if my choice was in stock and found what I needed . He went above and beyond .

Worst store in Home Depot Company
Numerous trips over 3 years. Very few employees actually know what customer service is. Surly attitude, quick to say don’t know and go to customer service rather than look up the item in their phones and then overheard making fun of customers while his buddies laughed along. Store is filthy

This place needs an overhaul.
There are some wonderful individuals working at this store, but sadly most of the other employees behave as though they are working for free. Most of them appear to be agree, disappointed and just disgusted with anything that you the customer has to say. The managers certainly do not have control of their this situation because if you ever complain to them about an employee being disrespectful or rude or unwilling to assist you, most of the time, the manger appears annoyed with you as well. It is a disaster at this location and I just wish that Home Depot could hire the right management team to clean house and improve the staffing. This neighborhood deserves better. This is one of the highest grossing HD on the east coast and definitely the worse service. Well, I think the location in Hempstead NY would give them a run for their money.

Horrible customer service at check out
Cashier Judith was aggressive and refused to cash me out. The manager had to come and cash me out simply because she didn’t want to do her job.

Worse Home Depot Experience
Worse experience at an Home Depot ever. The front checkout lady was very rude and unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend to anyone to come to this store. This store should be shut down permanently

Choose a different Home Depot…
Came in right at opening to purchase a large window AC unit as my split unit had broken and it was going to be 95 degrees. Have two kids under 2 so came to get the largest unit I could. The 15,000 BTU unit was 128lbs, and I was by myself, so went to customer service counter to ask for help loading it onto a trolley to wheel to the cash register. The cust service agent told me they just opened so no one could help. Couldn’t load the unit by myself so had to buy a smaller one. Since when does Home Depot no have anyone to help you with a $500 purchase? Any other Home Depot would actually help. Choose anywhere but this bedstuy location.
