I will admit that this (Wesley Chapel) location was not a favorite of mine/my husband, who shops at home stores very frequently because of his line of work. Recently, out of convenience, I had to go to this location but in the past, even though further away, I would go to other locations/a competitor. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly everyone was. I even overheard another customers interaction while I was waiting and they assisted her in a positive manner w/ a return that could have not ended positively for the customer, but she was accommodated. I will start shopping at this , more convenient location , again.

Typically friendly and helpful employees. Only one time out of many visits did I experience poor customer service. However, overall most of the employees are helpful, friendly, and go above and beyond to assist you as needed. Aisles are labeled for ease of finding products.

I live 2 miles from the Wesley Chapel location & I've been coming here maybe 7 times a year. I always hated going to Home Depot because you can never find anyone who can assist you. Well, I have been thoroughly surprised on my past 7 visits in the last 4 months (working on a DIY) so I've been here more often. They have had plenty of employees working, asking if you need any assistance & assisting at the self serve registers. Maybe something has changed with training or hiring more employees because this location has truly stepped up its game. I'm happy to come to this store now.
